Although the housing market is tough on buyers, there are plenty of homes in San Antonio below $210,000. Below are eight of those homes in San Antonio.

There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and lots of trash, according to the listing on the San Antonio Board of Realtor's website. The home sits on two lots with "plenty opportunity for a great business or home to be built on a larger lot." It's on the market for $115,000. 

Southwest Side, 114 Tampa Ave: On the Southwest Side is a 795-square-foot, two-bedroom and one-bathroom home. Outside is a newly built garage. 

This home on 114 Tampa Ave is on the market for $132,000. 

According to the listing on the San Antonio Board of Realtors website, the $132,000 home is being sold "as is."

Southwest Side, 5318 Ghost Hawk St: Inside the 886-square-foot home are three bedrooms and one bathroom. 

This home on 5318 Ghost Hawk St. is on the market for $155,000. 

Outside the home is an extended driveway and carport and a large backyard with a patio slab. The floor plan features laminate throughout the bedrooms and living room. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen with ceramic tile and laminate countertops. The home is on the market for $155,000.

Southwest Side, 8619 Standing Rock St: A charming single-story home in the Indian Creek neighborhood is on the market for $195,000. Inside the 1,176-square-foot home are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

There is an open floor plan, an updated kitchen and a primary bedroom with its own full bathroom.

North Side, 119 Venice St: A 732-square-foot home near the Olmos Basin Golf Course is on the market for $199,000. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

"This single-story gem is move-in ready," wrote listing agent Maya Manjarris with Savvy Real Estate Investments, LLC. 

Among the highlights are a newly installed granite kitchen, a new stove stop and new flooring throughout. The home also has new siding on the exterior and a large backyard. 

South Side, 338 Stace St: Billed as an "investor special," this 1,786-square-foot home sits in the historic Beanville Subdivision.

This home on 338 Stace is on the market for $200,000. 

According to the listing, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has electrical for a triplex in the main structure, with an additional two-bedroom, one-bathroom structure in the backyard. The home is on the market for $200,000.  

West Side, 4515 Fortuna St: This 2,020-square-foot home across the street from Monterrey Park on the West Side has three bedrooms and one bathroom. There’s also a large casita on the almost quarter-of-an-acre property that needs plumbing.

John Fuentes, the listing agent for Keller Williams Heritage, wrote on the San Antonio Board of Realtors website that while the home has received some recent upgrades, it “still needs lots of TLC and is priced accordingly.” The home is on the market for $209,900. 

Southwest Side, 7310 Brooks Valley Dr: This home in the Green Hill Village was recently renovated. 

A $210,000 home on 7310 Brook Valley Dr. 

On the market for $210,000, the home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is 1,392-square-feet. Among the highlights are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Outside is a large backyard.
